jetbuz Terms and Conditions

These terms and conditions ("Terms") apply to the use of the jetbuz platform and all its services. "Platform" refers to jetbuz's website, mobile application, and related digital services. "User" refers to any person who has registered on this platform or is using its services.

"Services" refers to sports betting, casino games, live casino, slots, and other entertainment activities provided through jetbuz. "Account" refers to each user's personally registered profile through which they access the platform.

By accessing the platform or creating an account, you are acknowledged to have accepted all provisions of these Terms. If you disagree with any term, please refrain from using the service.

2.1 Registration Eligibility

If a user opens multiple accounts, jetbuz reserves the right to permanently close any or all of those accounts. In such cases, the associated balances may be forfeited and any earned bonuses will be considered void.

2.3 Account Security

Keeping your login details secure is your own responsibility. Never share your password with anyone. If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, you must notify our support team immediately. jetbuz will not be responsible for account misuse if the user has shared their credentials.

3.1 Deposits

bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and bank transfer are accepted for deposits on jetbuz. The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. For bank transfers, major banks including Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, and Sonali Bank may be used. Once deposited funds are credited to your account, it is acknowledged that you intend to use them for gambling or betting purposes.

3.2 Withdrawals

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳800. Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 5 to 30 minutes. bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and bank transfer may be used as withdrawal methods. Withdrawals may only be made using the same method used for the deposit, unless otherwise approved.

3.3 Payment Verification

For large withdrawal requests, jetbuz may ask for additional identity verification documents. Withdrawals may be put on hold until this process is completed. If any fraud or suspicious activity is detected, jetbuz reserves the right to cancel the relevant payment and investigate the account.

4.1 Welcome Bonus

Users who make their first deposit on jetbuz will receive a 100% bonus of up to ৳8,000. For example: a deposit of ৳1,000 yields a bonus of ৳1,000, making the total balance ৳2,000, with a wagering requirement of ৳1,000 × 15 = ৳15,000. This wagering requirement must be met before bonus funds can be withdrawn.

4.2 Bonus Use Conditions

• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly — withdrawal is only possible after completing the wagering requirement
• The wagering requirement for a bonus is 15 times the bonus amount
• Attempting to claim bonuses from multiple accounts is prohibited
• jetbuz reserves the right to modify or cancel any bonus offer at any time
• Using low-risk betting strategies (such as arbitrage) with the intent of earning bonuses may result in the bonus being cancelled

4.3 VIP Cashback

The jetbuz VIP programme has three tiers: Bronze (up to 0.4% weekly cashback), Silver (up to 0.8% weekly cashback), and Gold (up to 1.2% weekly cashback). Weekly cashback is calculated based on that week's net losses. For example: if a Silver member's weekly net loss is ৳20,000, the cashback will be ৳20,000 × 0.8% = ৳160.

The following activities are completely prohibited on the jetbuz platform:

1. Fraud and Deception: Creating accounts with false information, using stolen payment methods, or engaging in any form of fraudulent activity.
2. Money Laundering: Using the platform to legitimise illegally obtained funds. jetbuz reserves the right to report suspicious transactions to the relevant authorities.
3. Bots and Automated Software: Using any automated tools, bots, scripts, or software to place bets or play games.
4. Match Fixing: Attempting to predetermine the outcome of any event or participating in such activities.
5. Account Sale or Transfer: Selling or transferring an account or its balance to another person.
6. Account Use by Minors: Allowing a person under 21 years of age to use the platform or operating an account on their behalf.

6.1 Bet Acceptance

A bet is only considered final when the system confirms it and a bet ID is generated. If a bet is not confirmed due to a network issue or system error, jetbuz will refund the amount for that bet.

6.2 Incorrect Odds or Prices

If a bet is accepted at incorrect odds due to a clear error, jetbuz reserves the right to void those bets. "Clear error" refers to a price that differs significantly from the market price.

6.3 Bet Cancellation Circumstances

A bet may be cancelled in the following circumstances:

• If the event is cancelled or postponed before it begins
• If the date or venue of the event changes
• If a bet was placed on incorrect information due to a technical error
• If a participant is declared ineligible

6.4 Live Betting

Odds change quickly in live betting. The odds displayed at the time the bet is confirmed will be the odds that apply. Due to internet delay, there may be a difference between the odds the user saw and the odds actually accepted.

jetbuz takes responsible gaming very seriously. We believe gambling is a form of entertainment — not a source of income. It is each user's own responsibility to manage spending on the platform and set limits.

Users can set deposit limits, session time limits, and bet limits for themselves. If anyone feels that gambling is having a negative impact on their life, the self-exclusion option is available, which can take effect for anywhere from 6 months to permanently.

9.1 Closure by jetbuz

jetbuz may temporarily or permanently close an account in the following circumstances:

• If there is suspicion of fraud or money laundering
• Under a court order or directive from the relevant authority
• If the account has been inactive for an extended period (more than 24 months)

9.2 Closure by the User

Any user may close their own account if they wish. To do so, they must contact support via 24/7 live chat or email. It is advisable to withdraw all balances before closing an account.

9.3 Inactive Accounts

If there is no login or transaction for 12 consecutive months, the account will be marked as inactive. A maintenance charge may apply to inactive accounts. If the balance reaches zero, the account will be closed automatically.

jetbuz will not be liable under any circumstances for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses. jetbuz is not responsible for any loss caused by system downtime, network issues, or errors by third-party providers.

jetbuz is not obligated to pay any compensation for service disruptions caused by natural disasters, government directives, cyberattacks, or other uncontrollable circumstances. However, in such situations every effort will be made to restore the service as quickly as possible.

The decision to participate in gambling is entirely the user's own. jetbuz is not responsible for financial losses arising from betting or gaming.

If a dispute arises, an attempt must first be made to resolve it through jetbuz's customer service team. Complaints may be submitted via 24/7 live chat or email.

After a complaint is submitted, jetbuz will provide an initial response within 10 working days and a final decision within 30 working days. Submitting a complaint with detailed information and evidence increases the likelihood of a faster resolution.

In cases where both parties cannot reach an agreement, independent mediation may be considered as an option. jetbuz's decision will be considered final unless proven otherwise through a legal process.
